well, it’s been a while now and i just realized that i never shared our 4th of july pictures.
every year we have a big independence day party at our house.
we invite aunts, uncles, grandparents and lots and lots of cousins.
it’s never anything too fancy
oh, and fun!
okay, i’ll stop now.
but, seriously…how cute are these toes?!
iris just had to have them painted for the holiday weekend. : )
anyway, we all had so much fun!
these kids love being together.
and, this is my favorite picture that my husband got on his cell.
the kids playing with sparklers in our backyard.
i put a few new (and pretty) things in my shop…
stop in a take a look!
not only is he an amazing husband,
but also an incredible father.
i thank god each and every day for him.
i don’t know how the 3 of us got so lucky. : )
he’s everything a father should be.
and we love him dearly.
happy father’s day, daddy!
thanks for all you do.
how was your mother’s day?
mine was a delight.
we went out for breakfast and then walked around old town.
the kids played.
the weather was gorgeous!
it was so much fun.
we all had a blast!
when we got home they surprised me with flowers.
and, the house stayed clean (kinda).
it was mostly because the kids played outside a bunch.
it was hot enough to turn on the sprinkler. yay!
i don’t think i’ve ever seen this lady happier. : )
after we all played outside i ran out for some mommy time.
just me and world market.
i love you, world market.
i love your cute bar stools.
and your adorable (and reasonably priced) jute rugs.
i love your lovely utensils holder and it is sure to find a home next to my stove.
hello again, sweet cake carrier.
and, how cute is this kitchen brush?
i truly do love you, world market.
and i miss you when i’m away.
until we meet again…
maybe next mother’s day. ; )
yesterday, this sweet boy came home with a surprise for me for mother’s day!
he made flowers in preschool and was so proud. : )
there’s nothing like being a mom.
happy mother’s day!
